Did you know that the average insurance agency only tries to contact a lead that requested a quote, 3 times by email, twice by phone, once by text message, and never by direct message on social networking before calling it quits and either throwing the lead into an automated expiration date campaign or worse yet, just letting the lead completely die, never to be contacted again?


During a hard insurance market, you have a tremendous opportunity to talk to your competitor agent's customers. Why you ask? Because many agents are avoiding contacting their customers because they are avoiding rate increase conversations.


However, the customers they are avoiding are still out shopping their insurance, because they don't know or understand what a hard market really means.
